Rental terms
Booking
Choose your dates in the availability calendar and send a non-binding enquiry. We will get back to you personally. Your booking becomes binding once we confirm it by e-mail.
Prices
- Off-season (1 October – 30 April): 80 € per night for 2 people, each additional person 10 €
- Main season (1 May – 30 September): 100 € per night for 2 people, each additional person 20 €
- Children up to and including 10 years stay free of charge
- Final cleaning: 85 €, included for stays of 14 nights or more
- No service or booking fee
You will see your exact price when you enquire, as soon as you have chosen your dates.
Payment
How and when to pay is set out in our booking confirmation.
Cancellation
We are flexible. Please let us know as early as possible and we will find a fair solution together, for example a different date.
Arrival and departure
We agree the times with you beforehand. The key is in a key box at the house, and you will receive the code before you arrive.
House rules
Non-smoking house, no pets, no events. Up to 5 people, a 6th person by arrangement.
Frequently asked questions
Are bed linen and towels included?
You decide: bring your own or have us provide them. Simply mention it in your enquiry.
Is there a cot or a high chair?
No. Please bring a travel cot and a booster seat if needed.
How are the beds arranged?
A bedroom on the ground floor, and on the upper floor a double bed and a pull-out sofa. See photos in the gallery.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, there is Wi-Fi in the house.
Can I do laundry?
Yes, there is a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom.
Where do I park?
Right at the house: there is a garage for one car and two parking spaces.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately not, pets are not allowed.
How far is it to the sea?
Husum and its harbour about 18 minutes, the North Sea dyke at the Dockkoog about 25 minutes, St. Peter-Ording about an hour. More ideas: Day trips from Brook.
Where can I go shopping?
Supermarkets in the neighbouring village of Viöl (about 5 minutes), larger shops in Husum.
Can I get there without a car?
There are buses to Husum and Flensburg. For trips to the coast, however, a car is much more convenient.
